We Build A Dream

We Build a Dream (Build a Dream) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives that bridge the gap between young women and opportunities in areas like the skilled trades, STEM, and entrepreneurship. Since its inception, Build a Dream has delivered programs to inspire young women, fill workforce gaps, and offer a new perspective for workforce problem-solving.

Build a Dream collaborates with speakers, community leaders, and businesses to inspire underrepresented communities through virtual conferences, career discovery expos, workshops, and hands-on learning programs. In doing so, Build a Dream connects industry directly to students, facilitating awareness and career exploration. President and founder, Nour Hachem-Fawaz, hosts Build a Dream’s podcast Perfectly Unfiltered where women in male-dominated jobs and industries are spotlighted and able to share their experiences.
