Silicon Hall – Micro-Nano Fabrication Facility
Based at Ontario Tech University, the Micro-Nano Fabrication Facility (Silicon Hall) is a scientific research laboratory. It has been commissioned to serve as a centre for investigations of laser-material interaction, specifically those involving in micro and nano fabrication, laser materials processing, micro and nano electromechanical systems (MEMS/NEMS), and bionanotechnology.
