NRC – University of Toronto Collaboration Centre for Green Energy Materials
The NRC – University of Toronto Collaboration Centre for Green Energy Materials is a partnership between the University of Toronto and the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) to leverage their strengths in reducing the environmental impacts of the transformation, transmission, and storage of energy. It is based at the advanced materials research facility in Mississauga, which is the NRC’s first physical research presence in the Greater Toronto Area.
This collaboration centre develops critical platform technologies to accelerate the development of clean materials and production processes. Current areas of focus include accelerated materials discovery, production scale-up, and process development.
