Next Generation Manufacturing Canada (NGen)

NGen is the industry-led, non-profit organization leading Canada’s Advanced Manufacturing Supercluster. It is one of five national networks supported by Canada’s ambitious Innovation Superclusters Initiative. NGen runs Canada’s Advanced Manufacturing Supercluster, which was founded on the principle that the transformation to advanced manufacturing will enrich the lives of all Canadians – delivering better products and good jobs while generating essential economic growth.

As of September 2021, NGen has 4,030 members which include industry partners, manufacturers, small- and medium-sized enterprises, academic and research partners, technology providers, and applied researchers.

NGen’s projects are securing supply chains, protecting the environment, improving healthcare, and supporting technology adoption across Canada. Through its partnerships, NGen is able to deliver funding, education, mentorship, and development initiatives across Canada.
