The Elgin Innovation Centre (EIC) is a business centre that is home to over 30 businesses and more than 300 employees, offering manufacturing/industrial, warehouses, and office space to meet the needs of growing businesses or start-ups. EIC partners with businesses at the facility and invests heavily in the property, adding new access roads, power infrastructure, utility infrastructure, shipping/receiving facilities, and fiber optic internet to prepare for more manufacturers, warehousing, and other industrial users.
