Donnelly Sequencing Centre (DSC)
Hosted by the University of Toronto’s Donnelly Centre for Cellular and Biomolecular Research, the Donnelly Sequencing Centre (DSC) is a full-service Illumina CSPro Next-Generation Sequencing facility. The DSC uses the latest in sequencing technology – Illumina NovaSeq, NextSeq, and MiSeq – to provide high-quality sequencing and library preparation services to the University of Toronto, as well as researchers from across Canada and around the world.
The DSC supports researchers and companies in planning routine genome or RNA-Seq sequencing projects, CRISPR screening studies’ organism’s genomes, or developing a completely novel method.
