Centre for Mobile Innovation (CMI)

Based at Sheridan College, the Centre for Mobile Innovation (CMI)’s mandate is to use applied research to generate innovative solutions to healthcare problems through the use of leading mobile and related technologies. This includes the application of wearable computing, Internet of Things (IoT), augmented/virtual reality, and machine learning to solve computing challenges. Driven by industry need, CMI’s research projects evolve organically from small and medium-sized enterprises.
