Centre for Advancing Neurotechnological Innovation to Application (CRANIA)
Hosted by the University of Toronto and the University Health Network’s KITE Research Institute, the Centre for Advancing Neurotechnological Innovation to Application (CRANIA) is a research centre that aims to accelerate the translation of neuromodulation research to patient solutions that improve brain health and function. Neuromodulation changes brain, spinal cord, or nerve function using advanced device(s) that interface with specific areas of the central or peripheral nervous system to reduce symptoms and address underlying disorder(s).
Home to 60+ scientists, CRANIA partners with leading institutions and companies to integrate therapies that positively impact patients’ lives.
