Centre for Advanced Research and Innovation in Biotechnology (CARIB)

Based at Fanshawe College, the Centre for Research and Innovation (CARIB) is a collaborative hub for industry-led research. CARIB was designed to accelerate new product development, encourage knowledge sharing and technology transfer in the food sector, and promote the development of a network within the industry. Moreover, CARIB contains just over 13,000 square feet of biology, chemistry, instrumentation, and physics teaching laboratories which are all dedicated to addressing the need to produce more nutritious food products while reducing environmental impact.
