Who they are: Based at Niagara College, FBIC is a research and development centre that draws on experienced staff, faculty, and student employees to support industry partners in reaching commercialization.
What they offer: The FBIC provides services that include new recipe and concept development, marketing support, e-commerce support, shelf-life testing, prototyping, beverage processing, product validation, food safety guidance, product development, and hops analysis services. Its facilities feature the equipment needed to develop a food or beverage product, including industrial kitchens, processing plants and distilleries, staff, and advanced laboratories.
