Bio-Industrial Process Research Centre (BPRC)
Based at Lambton College, the Bio-Industrial Process Research Centre (BPRC) is the innovation hub for the bio-industrial sector’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Sarnia-Lambton, surrounding regions, and beyond. The BPRC supports SME partners bio-industrial industry partners through access to expertise and state of the art facilities to conduct technical services, applied research and customized training for biotechnology companies in support of building the Canadian bio-economy.
As a Technology Access Centre, the BPRC has over $5M in infrastructure for the support of research and development projects including a Fermentation Lab, Bio Analytical Lab, Material Testing Lab, and pilot plant space. In addition, the BPRC provides access to experienced research associates, research assistants, and research students.
