Research Centre for Integrated Microsystems (RCIM)
Based at the University of Windsor, the Research Centre for Integrated Microsystems (RCIM) focuses on carrying out leading-edge research, developing collaborative partnerships, and educating graduate students in the areas of Microelectronics and Microeletromechanical systems (MEMS). Its research contributes to the advancement of these systems by investing research efforts in innovative Digital Signal Processing and Communication technologies.
RCIM partners with government agencies and industry, including Canadian Microelectronics Corporation Microsystems for fabrication services and has developed Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) chips as part of their research on sensors, filters, processors, and micro-reactors.
