Run by Innovation York’s YSpace innovation hub, ELLA is Ontario’s first accelerator focused on supporting women-led product and service-based businesses. ELLA’s mission is to reduce gender inequality in entrepreneurship, and it operates with the core principle that every women entrepreneur should have access to community, information, and resources they need to scale their business.

ELLA convenes entrepreneurs, mentors, industry experts, and supporters that believe in helping women rise in entrepreneurship. Moreover, it provides access to expert feedback, tailored skills training, boot camps, and support programs for women entrepreneurs, free of cost.
