The Trillium Network for Advanced Manufacturing is seeking proposals to redevelop our existing website, which was built using WordPress. We will maintain our current URL (www.trilliummfg.ca). This project is focused entirely on our website and we are not seeking any significant input to our branding and marketing strategy.
The Trillium Network for Advanced Manufacturing is a publicly-funded non-profit organization whose offices are located on the campus of Western University. The objective of the organization is to raise awareness of Ontario’s advanced manufacturing sector. Our audiences include policy-makers at all levels of government, industry leaders including company executives and industry association representatives, and university and college faculty and researchers.
The eventual website should showcase our work in a modern but professional fashion, promote our projects and activities, and maintain the attention of visitors. It should feature a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing front page that 1) emphasizes short written pieces (‘blog posts’) that promote reports, profiles, or other materials, 2) highlights our primary programs of work (e.g. Industry 4.0; Skills and Talent; Growth Segments), and 3) provides easy access to other important components of the website (e.g. Profiles, About, Publications). The Profiles component of the website is particularly important and we endeavour to substantially improve the functionality of this component’s current landing page (http://trilliummfg.ca/company-profiles/) and the individual profile pages (e.g. http://trilliummfg.ca/company-profiles/tri-hawk-inc/). Finally, the eventual website should promote our Trillium GIS tool, which has a separate website (www.trilliumgis.ca). We are not seeking to redevelop this website.
We would like to begin work on this project in December. We would like to complete the project by March 15, 2020. Given that we are not seeking to change our URL and will continue to use WordPress, we would welcome proposals that will update the website in stages. The anticipated budget for this project is $17,500.
For more information or to submit a proposal please contact Brendan Sweeney, Managing Director (firstname.lastname@example.org).
